GG’s is the brainchild of my Aussie friend, Lucy, who had been working with animals for 10 years and decided it was time to turn her van Julio into a business; a mobile pet salon. It was important that the brand reflected Lucy’s personality and approach to her business; laidback, fun, inviting –nothing too serious, nothing too stuffy. We landed on a retro inspired logo and colour palette that was feminine without being overly girly. We brought more personality to the brand with cheeky dog and cat illustrations – perfect for instagram icons and eventually as part of some van decals for Julio (stay tuned).
